Duration of the public call:
The public call will be open from May 15, 2025, until December 31, 2028, or until the funds are exhausted.

Total budget of the call:
The total budget available for allocation under this public call is €1,969,955.60.
The European Commission provides 50% of the grant through the Digital Europe Programme 2021–2027 (DIGITAL), while the remaining 50% is provided by the Ministry of Digital Transformation of the Republic of North Macedonia.

Types of services provided by INNOFEIT EDIH:
In line with the Digital Europe Programme 2021–2027, European Digital Innovation Hubs (EDIHs) provide services that support the public and private sectors in the process of digital transformation and innovation. INNOFEIT EDIH offers:
Test before invest – Enabling testing and experimentation with digital technologies, products, and services to assess feasibility and effectiveness before final investment.
Development of digital skills and training – Organizing training and short-term programs to enhance advanced digital skills relevant to digital transformation.
Support for access to funding – Facilitating access to financial resources, including financial institutions, investors, and various funding mechanisms.
Networking and strengthening the innovation ecosystem – Promoting collaboration and knowledge exchange between consortium members, service users, and the broader innovation community to accelerate technological development and implement innovative solutions.

Service price list:
The price list, which includes market prices and discount rates for different service categories, is provided in Annex 1 of this public call.
The services are FREE OF CHARGE for the user.

Value of granted state aid:
The value of the state aid is calculated as 50% of the service price as listed in the price list.

Target users for INNOFEIT EDIHs tailored services include the following sectors:
- Smart agriculture and high value-added food processing
- Smart/sustainable buildings and materials
- Electrical equipment and machinery (Industry 4.0)
- Energy for the future
Additionally, SMEs from other sectors that aim to improve their knowledge, adopt new technologies, and increase profitability are also eligible, especially those contributing to environmental sustainability and the goals of the European Green Deal.

Note:
To apply for the service “Proof of Concept and Prototypes”, part of the “Test before invest” category, you must first complete the mandatory online form for Interest Expression. You will then receive feedback on whether the service can be offered.
