It actively promotes, supports, and facilitates the implementation of various digital technologies, enabling faster and more efficient digital transformation at the local, regional, and national levels.

The INNOFEIT EDIH consortium includes leading academic and research institutions, technology companies, chambers, and associations working together to support digital transformation in North Macedonia and the region. Consortium members are: INNOFEIT, UKIM, UGD, UKLO, Military Academy, Economic Chamber Union, Macedonian Association of Processors, Solveo, Mikrosam, Kontron, Interspace.
4. What services does INNOFEIT EDIH provide?
We offer training in digital technologies, technology testing before investing, support in accessing financial resources, grant consulting and proposal development, startup mentoring, networking and matchmaking opportunities.
5. Who can use INNOFEIT EDIH services?
Our services are tailored for startups, micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), as well as public sector organizations that do not perform economic activity but aim to strengthen their digital capabilities and competitiveness.
6. What qualifies as a micro, small, or medium-sized enterprise (SME)?
The SME category includes companies with fewer than 250 employees and an annual turnover not exceeding EUR 50 million and/or an annual balance sheet not exceeding EUR 43 million.
7. Which sectors are primarily targeted by the services?
Our services are directed at SMEs and public sector organizations not engaged in economic activity, in multiple industrial sectors, primary focus on:
- Smart agriculture and high value-added food processing
- Smart/sustainable buildings and materials
- Electrical equipment and machinery (Industry 4.0)
- Energy for the future
8. What technologies are covered by the services?
Our services include technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), cybersecurity, automation, data analytics, digital twins, and other advanced technologies.
9. Are the services free of charge?
Yes. Thanks to co-financing from the European Commission and the Government of North Macedonia, the services are free for SMEs and public sector organizations that do not engage in economic activity.
10. Are users of INNOFEIT EDIH services considered recipients of state aid?
SMEs that use INNOFEIT EDIH services are considered recipients of state aid, in the amount of 50% of the service value.
Public sector organizations that that do not perform economic activity are not considered recipients of state aid, and the rules on state aid do not apply to them.
11. Where can I find the official pricing information for INNOFEIT EDIH services?
The service price list is included as part of the public call. However, it is important to note that, thanks to support from the European Commission and the Government of North Macedonia, the services are free of charge for SMEs and public sector organizations that do not engage in economic activity.

INNOFEIT EDIH publishes an open public call for all available services. You can submit your application in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the call.
