Description of the Course

This 4-day course introduces the principles and practical applications of e-commerce and digital marketing. It is ideal for individuals and businesses looking to establish or enhance their online presence through hands-on experience and expert-led training. E-commerce and digital marketing are critical skills in today’s digital economy, enabling businesses to sell products online, reach global audiences, and optimize marketing efforts. This course explores key platforms like Shopify and WooCommerce, as well as digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, social media advertising, and SEO.

Participants will learn the full process of launching and promoting an online business: setting up an e-commerce store, crafting digital marketing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics. Key topics include website configuration, product listing optimization, paid ad creation, content marketing, customer targeting, and troubleshooting common issues. Attendees will work on real-world projects, such as building a sample store and running a mock ad campaign, to apply their skills.
