This course explores popular project management tools like Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project, and Monday.com, with applications in task management, resource allocation, and team communication across industries.

Participants will learn the complete process of managing a project using digital tools: setting up projects, assigning tasks, tracking progress, and collaborating with teams. Key topics include creating project timelines, managing dependencies, automating repetitive tasks, generating reports, and integrating tools with communication platforms like Slack or Microsoft Teams. Attendees will work on real-world projects, such as planning a sample project and tracking its progress using a chosen tool, to apply their skills.
